King Paimon's Bible – Loaded BBQ Nachos

Recipe #4: King Paimon’s Loaded BBQ Nachos

Simple. Dangerous. Crowd-Ready.

This one is a straight contender with the Loaded Dutch Oven Potatoes. It’s one of the easiest meals we serve, and one of the fastest ways to feed a group without overthinking it.

Built for sharing. Built for volume. Built to disappear.

What You’ll Need

  • 1 large bag tortilla chips

  • 1 large aluminum foil pan

  • Cooking spray

  • Shredded cheese (enough for layering)

  • 1 lb. King Paimon’s Pulled Pork (smoked)

  • 1 quart BBQ beans

Optional (but fun):

  • New Mexican Guacamole BBQ Sauce

  • Utah Style Fruit-Infused BBQ Sauces

  • Billy the Kid’s Sour Cream

Build the Nachos

  1. Spray the foil pan generously with cooking spray

  2. Pour a layer of tortilla chips into the pan

  3. Top with shredded cheese

  4. Repeat layers until the pan is full

Heat the Toppings

  • Heat 1 quart of BBQ beans in the microwave or a saucepan until hot

  • Reheat the pulled pork in a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes

Finish

  1. Broil the chips until the cheese is fully melted

  2. Top with the hot BBQ beans

  3. Finish with the pulled pork spread evenly across the pan

Serve

Serve immediately while hot and layered.

Sauce is optional. The nachos don’t need it—but if you want to experiment, this is the place to do it.

Devil’s Note

Nachos don’t need rules.

They just need balance.

These are King Paimon’s Loaded BBQ Nachos.
