King Paimon's Bible – Pulled Pork Nachos

Recipe #5: King Paimon’s Pulled Pork Nachos

Nothing Fancy. Nothing Missing.

After Loaded BBQ Nachos, sometimes you just want the basics. Chips. Cheese. Pork. This is the stripped-down version—the one that proves the meat doesn’t need help.

These are the nachos you make when you don’t want distractions, just flavor.

What You’ll Need

  • 1 large bag tortilla chips

  • 1 large aluminum foil pan

  • Cooking spray

  • Shredded cheese (enough for layering)

  • 1 lb. King Paimon’s Pulled Pork (smoked)

Optional:

  • Devil’s Pit BBQ Sauces (any flavor)

  • Billy the Kid’s Sour Cream

Build the Nachos

  1. Spray the foil pan generously with cooking spray

  2. Add a layer of tortilla chips

  3. Top with shredded cheese

  4. Repeat layers until the pan is full

Heat the Pork

  • Reheat the pulled pork in a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes

Finish

  1. Broil the chips until the cheese is fully melted

  2. Top evenly with the hot pulled pork

Serve

Serve immediately while hot.

These nachos don’t need sauce—but if you want to add it, go light. Let the pork lead.

Devil’s Note

If your meat is good enough, you don’t need to hide it.
