Pulled Pork has been smoked for 24 hours and then finished to perfection. Its then vacuum sealed to preserve the freshness in one of our boil bags. For warming it up, you can either boil it for 30 minutes, Soux Vide it or Pressure cook it for 15 minutes.
READ FIRST: Boil before consuming! Boil within 60 minutes of purchase/delivery or freeze *freezing may extend life up to 3 years.
- Fill a Large pot with water.
- Place the large pot on your stove, fire pit.
- Wait for the water to boil.
- Place your package of Yin-lo-Wang Pork in the boiling water.
- Boil the package for 30 minutes.
- Remove from boiling water with tongs.
- Top With "Loki's, Lucifer's, Lucifer's Keto, Kiapolō’s, Ishtar's Mictian's, Supay's, Barbecue Sauces" or "Yaotzin" Mexican Sauce.
